| Preparation
Method:Boil water in a vessel
and add the sausages and put little turmeric
powder and cook for 7 to 8 mins.Drain
the water and keep the sausages aside.Fry
onion till golden brown and then add tomato
to this and mix well for 4 to 5 mins.Add
garlic and ginger and mix again.In another
pan saute coriander powder,chilly powder
and garam masala powder for 2 mins and
put the sausage and then the onion and
tomato into this pan and mix well.Add
1 n half cup water and cook for a while
till the sausages are cooked.Lower the
flame and add tomato sauce,soya sauce
and pepper and saute again.Add salt as
required .You may add little curd or milk
depending on your taste.Season with corainder
leaves.Serve hot. |
