METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- Egg (Boiled & cut into 2 pieces)- 5 nos
- Big onion - 3 nos
- Priyom egg masala - 40g
- Refined vegetable oil - 3 tbsp
- Green chilli sliced - 3 nos
- Salt, curry leaves, mustard, water- as required
Heat oil. Crackle mustard and saute sliced onion till the onion turn golden brown. Add green chilli, curry leaves & salt. Add Priyom Egg Masala and saute further. Pour the required water and bring to boil. Now add sliced eggs. When gravy thickness, remove from fire and serve it.
