Best biryani masala

MUTTON CURRY

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Cleaned pieces of mutton - 1 Kg
  2. Priyom mutton Masala - 5 tbsp
  3. Ginger - 1 piece
  4. Garlic - 3 flakes
  5. Green Chillies - 2 Nos
  6. Small Onion - 150g
  7. Curry Leaves - 2 stalks
  8. Salt - to taste
  9. Water - as required
METHOD OF PREPARATION: Crush items 3, 4 and 5. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onions. Add the chilli - ginger - garlic paste and curry leaves to this. Add mutton pieces and Priyom Mutton Masala( best mutton masala powder ) into it. Pour half a cup of water with salt to taste. Cook on low flame. Season with curry leaves and mustard (Coconut milk or coconut paste can also be added for taste.
